VISITOR PRIVACY NOTICE REGARDING SECURITY CAMERAS

As data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the Company carries out monitoring and recording activities using security cameras at its premises.
This notice has been prepared to inform visitors about personal-data processing activities carried out through camera systems.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS
Visitors’ camera images are collected through a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system. No audio is recorded.

3. LIMITS OF CAMERA MONITORING
Security cameras are used at facility entrances and exits, production areas where necessary for security, warehouse and dispatch areas, around buildings and facilities, and in corridors or similar areas where required for security purposes.
The number, location, viewing angle and coverage of cameras are determined in accordance with the principles that monitoring must be related to its purpose, limited and proportionate, and restricted to what is necessary for security.
No cameras are used in toilets, washrooms, changing rooms, prayer areas, rest areas or other areas where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy. Camera angles are also restricted so that such areas are not recorded.
4. RETENTION PERIOD FOR CAMERA RECORDINGS
Camera images are retained for 30 days and are then automatically deleted or overwritten by the system.
Records concerning a specific judicial or administrative matter, accident, theft, security incident, legal dispute or request from an authorised authority may be retained separately for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or protect a right.
5. TRANSFER OF CAMERA RECORDINGS
Camera images are not shared with third parties outside their processing purpose. Transfers may take place where the conditions under Article 8 of the KVKK are met and only to the extent necessary.

6. SECURITY OF CAMERA RECORDINGS
Technical and administrative measures required under Article 12 of the KVKK are taken to prevent unlawful processing of and unauthorised access to camera images. Access is restricted to Company representatives and persons expressly authorised to access camera recordings.
7. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE KVKK
You may submit requests concerning your rights under Article 11 of the Law in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

Applications are concluded as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days at the latest.
8. ACCESS TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
This Privacy Notice is made available at the Company’s Administrative Office and on hacibolvadin.com. Short information and warning signs are also placed at the entrances of areas monitored by camera at Company premises.
This notice is not an explicit-consent, permission or approval text for the processing of personal data; it has been prepared to fulfil the disclosure obligation under Article 10 of the Law.
